All products are custom-made using photos provided by the customer.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. Photo submission

Customers are responsible for:

• Uploading high-quality images

• Reviewing their photos before completing the order

We are not responsible for results caused by low-resolution images.

3. Production & shipping

• Production starts after payment confirmation and photo submission.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

4. Copyright

Customers confirm they have the rights to use the images submitted and authorize their use solely for order production.

5. Privacy

Uploaded photos are used only to fulfill orders and are not shared with third parties.
